Ingredients:
60 ml Berry Zen mixer
20 ml fresh lime juice
15 ml hibiscus or chamomile tea (cooled)
10 ml agave syrup (or honey)
1 egg white (or 30 ml aquafaba for a vegan option)
Ice
Dehydrated raspberry dust or hibiscus petals (for garnish)
Instructions:
In a shaker, combine the Berry Zen mixer, lime juice, tea, agave syrup, and egg white/aquafaba.
Dry shake (without ice) for 15 seconds to create foam.
Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
Strain into a coupe or rocks glass.
Garnish with a light sprinkle of dehydrated raspberry dust or hibiscus petals.
Enjoy the rich, tart, and calming sip.
