THE CLARITY SOUR

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Citrus Clarity mixer

  • 20 ml fresh lemon juice

  • 10 ml fresh lime juice

  • 10 ml honey or simple syrup

  • 1 egg white (or 30 ml aquafaba for a vegan option)

  • Ice

  • A pinch of Himalayan salt

  • Lemon wheel & rosemary sprig (for garnish)




Instructions:

  1. In a shaker, combine the Citrus Clarity mixer, lemon juice, lime juice, honey/simple syrup, and egg white/aquafaba.

  2. Dry shake (without ice) for 15 seconds to create foam.

  3. Add ice and shake again until well chilled.

  4. Strain into a coupe or rocks glass.

  5. Sprinkle a tiny pinch of Himalayan salt on top and garnish with a lemon wheel and rosemary sprig.

  6. Sip and enjoy the crisp, herbaceous lift!
