THE CLARITY SOUR

Ingredients:
60 ml Citrus Clarity mixer
20 ml fresh lemon juice
10 ml fresh lime juice
10 ml honey or simple syrup
1 egg white (or 30 ml aquafaba for a vegan option)
Ice
A pinch of Himalayan salt
Lemon wheel & rosemary sprig (for garnish)
Instructions:
In a shaker, combine the Citrus Clarity mixer, lemon juice, lime juice, honey/simple syrup, and egg white/aquafaba.
Dry shake (without ice) for 15 seconds to create foam.
Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
Strain into a coupe or rocks glass.
Sprinkle a tiny pinch of Himalayan salt on top and garnish with a lemon wheel and rosemary sprig.
Sip and enjoy the crisp, herbaceous lift!
